As part of our commitment to develop talent In Africa, Nestlé Nigeria Is seeking self-driven, motivated end qualified young individuals to equip with technical skills at our Technical Training Centre In Agbara, Ogun State.
• THE PROGRAMME
The programme will last for 18 months
• Participants will be engaged in rigorous theoretical and pcticel LraliW)gs
• They will be exposed to Industrial work experience In the various plants within the factory
• They will participate In continuous assessment processes and appraisals
The programme will focus on three (3) core disciplInes:
1. MechanIcal operations
2. Electrical/Instrumentatlon operations
3. IntroductIon to Automation maintenance activities
The training program will lead to the award of a Nestlé Certificate of participation. In addition, trainees will be prepared and enrolled for City and Guflds of London Technician Awards In Engineering.

The five (5) best performing students at the completion of the programme will be exposed to a 3month internship in engineering practices in a Nestlé Factory In Switzerland as a major contribution of the Swiss government to support Nestlé’s drive to up-skill Nigerian technicians.
The state of the art Centre is located in the Agbara factory. It is equipped with the following facilities: Modern classroom, standard library, computer and technical drawing rooms, electrical, lnstrumemtation, automation and mechanical workshops.
Candidates must have obtained the following qualifications not earlier than 2016
A. Minimum of Lower Credit in Ordlnry National Diploma (OND) Issued by a Nigerian Polytechnic in any of the following (or related) field of study
(1) Mechanical Engineering
(2) Electrical and Electronics Engineering / Electrical / InstalLation & Maintenance Engineering
(3) Applied Mechanical and Electrical Engineering (Mechatronics)
(4) Applied Mechanical, Electrical and Electrical Engineering
(5) Industrial Measurement arid Control/lnstruments Mechanics Work
(6) Automation Engineering
B. In addition, candidates are required to have five (5) 0-Level credits or its equivalent obtained in one (1) sittIng In the following subjects:
Further Mathematics, Technical Drawing or Chemistry
